📦 Processing & Shipping

All orders are made-to-order to reduce waste and support sustainable production.

Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order ships.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days (U.S.)

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on location

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

  • During holidays or special campaigns, processing times may be slightly longer.

💡 A portion of every purchase helps provide art supplies and creative resources for children on the autism spectrum.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is custom printed, returns are only accepted for the following reasons:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or misprinted

  • The wrong item or size was sent

If your order qualifies, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [your email, e.g. support@aurtism.org] with your order number and photos of the issue.

We’ll replace or refund your order promptly.

For all other cases (e.g., sizing issues, buyer’s remorse), we currently do not offer returns or exchanges, so please double-check our size guide before placing your order.

🚚 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please reach out to your local postal service first.
